Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code or open a link in any mobile browser and search their name - there is nothing to install.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each package is a one-time payment per event, not a recurring subscription.
Do I need a floor plan?
No. The Search package works with just names, tables and seats. Add the Floor Plan package if you want guests to see a visual map as well.
Can I use Thai names?
Yes. Guest names and search are stored and matched as entered, including Thai script.
